The shaping of the hull and wings looks really amazing and I really think that at this scale the design could not be better. Welcome to Rivendell by Jonas Kramm


This wonderfull small diorama showing a scene from the Lord of the Rings movie series, depicting Frodo and Gandalf in Rivendell was recently shared by talented LEGO MOC'er Jonar Kramm a.k.a. Legopard in his flickr.com photostream. Once again he proved us that making small MOC's do not limit the creativity that one MOC can include. According to the description this diorama is a continuation of small dioramas related to Lord of the Rings saga. Previous 13 MOC's can be found in the photostrem of Thorsten Bonsch a.k.a. Xenomurphy, who is a well known talented MOC'er and one of our previous Guests of Honor. The MOC itself contains lots of small details and great use of parts. I especially like the golden decorations and the candleholder design.

Most Accurate Model for MTT Ever Made with Bricks

This awesome MTT (Multi-Troop-Transport) model from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace is recently share by flick.com user and LEGO fan Caleb Ricks in his photostream. With all the  angles, details and play functions this is absolutely my favourite MTT MOC so far. White Paladin by Scatman Orange

 


While it kind of resembles Megatron from Transformers movies, the color scheme of this MOC indicates more friendlier intentions. White Paladin by Scatman Orange is an ornately decorated mecha, worthy of its name. The greebling all around his body are remarks of beautiful Lego building. All the curves and bends and dents and edges fit together in a quite harmonious way. This Mecha Deserves A Name


Well, the title says it already, but this amazing mecha by Scatman Orange unfortunately does not have a name. While it is certain that this mecha deserves one, an interesting thing about this MOC is that it was built in 2017. One would have expected such intricate details in a relatively more recently built MOC considering the new parts of the last five years. Still, this goes to show that one does not need the newest or the fanciest pieces, just some creativity and well-structured composition.

Mecha Squid With The Most Organic Looks

Since the very first days of Lego, building animals has been a staple for Lego fans of all ages. Mitsuru Nikaido, a Lego fan from Japan, has been building mecha animals for the past few years. His MOCs are very authentic in that their esthtetics reveal the creator without any room for suspicion. The newest addition to this growing collection of MOCs is a mecha squid. The design of the ship itself based on the Teroch-class Mandalorian Cruiser from Star Wars a ship concept by FractalSponge. The angles and the color-combination are all awesome as they can be.
